The Gallery @ Artisan Square opened in 1997 as a multi-use arts facility operated by the Bowen Island Arts Council. It serves and promotes the Bowen Island visual arts community as well as providing venue for other cultural activities. The Gallery organizes about 14 visual art shows a year, featuring a majority of Bowen Island artists. (Winter) Fri to Sun noon - 4 pm, (July and August) Wed to Sun 11 am - 4 pm. The Purple Door + My Favorites
